Submission Guidelines

The Soo Rye Art Gallery reviews artists' materials on a regular basis. Once we have gone over the entire application we will send a written reply either by email or by letter.

All submitted works will be handled with care, but Soo Rye Art Gallery does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged materials.

You may call the gallery at: (603) 319-1578 (but this does not constitute a formal art review, calls are for questions only).

There are two ways to submit to the gallery:

Mail:

1. Please include approximately 10 digital files* of recent work on a CD or thumbdrive (produced within the past two years) A cover letter, a resume, an artist statement and any other supplemental information that you deem as relevant to the work. You may submit prints if you think it is necessary for color accuracy purposes.

*Digital images need to be 300ppi on a CD with longest dimension of the file measuring at 10 inches. Images should be named as follows: firstname_lastname_1.jpg

2. Please include an image list which corresponds to images on a CD labeled as follows:
firstname_lastname_1.jpg (title, dimensions, date, medium, year)

3. Please include a Self-Addressed, Stamped Envelope, so we can return the artwork to you.

4. Please Do not send original artwork.
